Returns

Contact us before returning a bracelet. Items must be unused, unworn and in original saleable condition. Custom, final-sale, worn or damaged items may be excluded when identified at purchase.

For a damaged or incorrect item, email your order number and clear photos within 15 calendar days of delivery. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions.
